People across the UK are bearing the brunt of the cost of living crisis at the moment - with the price of fuel, food and energy soaring.
A study conducted by the Food Foundation found around 7.3 million adults in the UK live in households where meals were skipped in April.
This is due to people being unable to afford essential food items or being unable to access them, the Mirror reports. Money saving experts have shared a series of tips to help people’s money go further during their weekly visit to the supermarket.
This includes in and around the aisles, in addition to a number of other cost cutting measures that will help make a difference on a daily basis.
