Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson Hon FRIBA (born 19 June 1964) is a British politician, writer, and former journalist serving as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party since 2019. He was Foreign Secretary from 2016 to 2018 and Mayor of London from 2008 to 2016. Johnson was Member of Parliament for Henley from 2001 to 2008 and has been MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015. Ideologically, Johnson identifies as a one-nation conservative.

Similar to the March lockdown, the guidance announced by Boris Johnson this evening limits the number of times you should ideally exercise and says that people should try do this locally.
Unlike in March however, playgrounds will remain open this lockdown. You can also exercise with one other person from outside your household or bubble.
But although you can go for a walk or run with a person from another household, you can’t sit down and have a drink with them in the park.
Outdoor sports venues including gyms, tennis courts and golf courses must also close under the latest strict rules. Outdoor team sports will also not be permitted.
