Former Arsenal scout Francis Cagigao says he has no hard feelings over his dismissal after he was one of 55 staff made redundant by the club last month.
Cagigao was The Gunners' head of international scouting for several years having previously held various positions in over two decades at the club.
The 50-year-old is credited as the key driver in bringing a 16-year-old Cesc Fabregas to the club from Barcelona. He also played a role in Arsenal signing the likes of Lauren, Emiliano Martinez, Hector Bellerin and Gabriel Martinelli, among others.
And while the decision to axe Cagigao came as somewhat of a surprise, the experienced scout says he is only looking forward to the future.
