Evander Holyfield will demand $25million to fight Mike Tyson for a third time. The bitter rivals fought twice almost 25 years ago with Holyfield winning their first meeting by 11th round stoppage.
He then won the second in controversial fashion when Tyson was disqualified for biting his rival's ear. Tyson continued fighting until he retired on his stool after five rounds against Kevin McBride in 2005.
And tonight he makes his return against Roy Jones Jr in an eight-round exhibition fight in Los Angeles. But for many months it was Holyfield who was expected to walk to the ring to face Tyson in a trilogy bout.
And the former world champion has now claimed it wasn't he who walked away - despite his huge demands. "It definitely wasn't me,"
