Employees hit Lisa Vanderpump with lawsuit over alleged unpaid wages

Page Six obtained a class-action lawsuit brought on by a former hostess at SUR, the restaurant at the center of "Vanderpump Rules." The legal paperwork alleges that employees were forced to work more than 40 weekly hours, or even seven consecutive workdays, without receiving overtime pay.

The lawsuit, which also names Lisa's business partners Guillermo and Nathalie Zapata, further alleged a shoddy operation at SUR, claiming that staff hours are not properly tracked and are manipulated.

Employees are also not granted breaks, the lawsuit says. In January 2020 she and her husband were sued for similar seasons, but in that lawsuit the allegations of financially shorting their staff wasn't just limited to SUR, as it included their other.
