thesun.co.ukEmmerdale fans notice a big change to the show on Monday, just before dramatic scenes ensued. On Monday night viewers saw the aftermath of Harriet calling social services on Dawn, who had kidnapped her late friend's daughter.
Dawn was attending an old friend's funeral, someone she used to know during her sex worker past. When she discovered Clemmie was living in terrible and dangerous conditions, she brings the girl home.
Dawn is heartbroken when Clemmie is taken away and put into care. Nicola shares a video of her attacker online, resulting in a girl being beaten up and put into hospital.
All the while fans were more focused by the change, one Tweeted: "Confused.com sponsors #Emmerdale? now…How very fitting." Another wrote: "#emmerdale has got rid of the postcode lottery yayyyyyy." The Emmerdale Twitter page made the announcement: "We're proud to announce Confused.com as the new sponsors of Emmerdale on ITV.
