Emmerdale star has teased an upcoming role on the hugely popular dating show Love Island ahead of the ITV soap’s 50th anniversary special.
On Wednesday (October 12), ITV bosses shared a sneak peek of the celebratory show as fans anxiously wait for the highly-anticipated episode that aired on Thursday (October 13).
With less than 24 hours until the soap special hit our screens, the telly bosses shared a cheeky clip of Paddy Kirk as the villagers continued to put together the surprise seaside event for Faith Dingle. READ MORE: Emmerdale Zak Dingle death 'sealed' as fans spot huge clue in Faith beach scene In the 10-second clip, the beloved village vet was seen bursting into the kitchen shouting: “I’ve got a text” as an anxious Eric Pollard muttered: “We’re not ready!” while rushing around the room.Taking to their Instagram Story, ITV bosses joked that the long-serving character could appear in the new winter series set to launch in the new year.Writing atop of the hilarious clip, they penned: “Wrong show Paddy. @LoveIsland Do you want a fancy new contestant?
