Emmerdale 's Belle Dingle faces more horror next week as she completely spirals, hallucinating wildly and running through the village brandishing a knife.

Belle's mental health has been deteriorating especially as her evil ex Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln) is framing her for the hit and run he did on Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb).

But Belle (Eden Taylor Draper) could face even more prison time as she risks attacking someone in the village without even knowing she has done it.

She cannot stop seeing Jamie's face in her mind and she is still hearing the voice of her dead mum Lisa. Belle battles to distinguish truth from reality and as the family prepare for Nate Robinson and Tracey Metcalfe's baby's gender reveal party, Nate tells Belle that
