Emmerdale's latest murder twist has fans re-evaluating the fate of Anthony Fox on the ITV soap. Despite Ruby Miligan confessing to being her father's killer, leaving Aaron Dingle relieved as he believed he was the murderer, a recent scene has viewers questioning if either of them are the real culprits.

Anthony met his end in a classic whodunnit scenario weeks ago, following a fatal confrontation with Aaron.When Aaron returned to the scene with his partner John Sugden, he was shocked to find Anthony dead and feared he might be responsible.

John took charge, disposing of the body and keeping its location a secret. However, it transpired that Aaron wasn't Anthony's killer, meaning John had cleaned up after someone else.

As Aaron confessed to Ruby about killing her father, she revealed the truth - she was the one who killed him. She detailed how she found him beaten and in a fit of rage, killed him after he grabbed her, before fleeing the scene.
