Emmerdale fans have been reacting on social media to the latest episode as the aftermath of the fatal limo stunt continues to unfold.
Tuesday's (Febrruary 18), which is available to watch on ITVX, episode saw the casualty count rise with alarming speed, following Suzy Merton's death in the recent car crash and the discovery of a body under the lake.
Another character has since lost their life, with paramedics pronouncing them dead en route to hospital.Three more characters are fighting for their lives, including Liam Cavanagh, who took a turn for the worse, and Amy Barton, who suffered hypothermia after plunging into the icy water.
With the limo now fully submerged, those left behind are grieving their losses. Fans have been expressing frustration with the characters' actions, with one writing on a Facebook group: "Anyone else shouting at the tv saying crawl on the ice and not walk, they had high heels on aswell instead of taking them off." Others echoed this sentiment, with one adding: "Exactly what I thought, the writers have got it wrong again." A third fan commented: "Yes and to stop slamming the door closed every time some one got out.", reports Leeds Live.
