Emmerdale fans all say same thing as Chas Dingle screams 'Alexa' during ITV soap
dailystar.co.ukEmmerdale viewers were left cackling on Wednesday night after their Amazon's Alexa's were turned on due to Chas Dingle mentioning it on the show.The landlady who is desperate to get her hands on the burnt-out pub called out to the electronic device when she tried to discover the weather in Paris.But Chas' loud yell, caused a reaction with viewers' devices in their homes as their Alexas also went off at the sound of her voice.Taking to Twitter, fans shared their thoughts on the humorous scene.One fan wrote: "We should have been given an Alexa warning before #Emmerdale started.
She doesn't listen to me but she'll listen to Chas."Another amused fan said: "I’m guessing some people's Alexa just went off." A third wrote: "Chas my Alexa got woken up." "Thanks to Chas Alexa has just told me the weather in Paris," a fourth added.
But although the former pub owner seemed relaxed at the beginning of the soap, she later became evidently distressed when she discovered that Kim Tate was planning to purchase the Woolpack.
Due to the fact that Kim has a lot of money to spare, Chas was clearly heartbroken by the news and believed that she would most likely not be able to afford the boozer when the Woolpack goes up for auction the next day.However, some fans are already predicting that a mystery buyer will get their hands on the pub and some believe it may be Ryan Stocks.Taking to Twitter on Wednesday night, fans shared their thoughts.One viewer wrote: "Any money Ryan will be the owner of the pub I thought that when his mum died now mentioning the will."Another said: "What a bet irene leaves ryan a nice tidy sum and he ends up buying the woolpack."Meanwhile a third penned: "I wonder if Ryan will come into some money from the will reading.
