Emmerdale fans are set to see in 2023 with the repercussions of super soap week still rippling across the ITV village.Bosses Jane Hudson, Kate Brooks and Laura Shaw have promised that the impact of several character deaths will propel the soap into next year, along with plenty of heartache after the deadly storm.Confirming multiple deaths across the 50th anniversary, Jane admitted: "It is always hard to kill a character as someone is losing their job.

You don’t want somebody to lose their job. Each of our deaths will bring a different emotion," she promised.Jane went on to add that the storylines of October will be talked about "for a long time", explaining: "I think the richness of the storylines across this month will be talked about for a long time."We have so many stories across one month and alongside that, we have three epic stunts.
