Comedian and actor Brad Garrett has thrown his hat into the ring regarding the ongoing Ellen DeGeneres controversy. The Ellen DeGeneres Show, which has run for 17 years, is much loved across the pond but its workplace culture has been met with scrutiny recently.
Allegations have been made about how staff are treated on the show. Addressing the allegations, Ellen penned a personal address to staff in which she apologised and insisted that any mistreatment was not a reflection of the values the show was built on.
The 62 year-old also vowed to put a stop to it going forward, and thanked staff for their continued hard work. Warner Bros also announced that staffing changes would be made following an investigation into claims of a toxic work
