Some Manchester United players have reportedly been angered by the club's decision to become one of the European Super League's founding members.
United released a joint statement with the other eleven founding clubs on Sunday announcing their plans, but the news had already broken.
UEFA, the Premier League, Serie A, La Liga and the English, Italian and Spanish Football Associations had already issued a strong statement condemning the idea.
According to a report from the Daily Mail, some of United's players were left 'seriously unimpressed' about the fact that they found out about the proposal via media reports.
