Police have released pictures of a 'drunken aggressive' man who closed down the M602 on Sunday morning after running in front of traffic before being 'rugby-tackled' by a member of the public.
Traffic cops say the man was arrested after causing chaos on the motorway through Salford. After trespassing on the M602 he also ran onto railway tracks, GMP Traffic said.
The motorway was shut between junctions two and three, Regent Road roundabout and Gilda Brook roundabout through Weaste in Salford from about 10.20am.
