Kyle Walker has named a surprising former Premier League star as his favourite player of all time during a question and answer session with Manchester City teammate Raheem Sterling.
Walker grew up in Sheffield, coming through the ranks at Sheffield United before joining Tottenham in 2009 for around £5m. He kicked on at Spurs and was a £47m signing for City in 2017 where he has gone on to lift three Premier League titles and a number of other domestic trophies.
A player like Walker could have named a number of iconic players from the early 2000's as his favourite player of all time, or even gone for a sentimental choice like a former Sheffield United player.
