Heavy rain and storms have started sweeping across the country today following record-breaking temperatures recently. Donna Tizzard, from Wrexham, North Wales, was filming such a thunderstorm outside her house yesterday evening when the lightning strikes.The footage begins with an overcast scene and rain droplets covering the window that Donna is looking out of.Suddenly, a huge lightning bolt flashes in the sky, hitting a house in the distance.“Oh my God,” someone behind the camera screams in terror. “What the f***?” Firefighters confirmed they were called to an incident in the area just after 8pm, report North Wales Live.
