Dr Alex George went back to his NHS career a few months after leaving Love Island, and has been keeping his followers updated with life on the front line of the coronavirus pandemic.
He has shared selfies of him and his colleagues in A&E at Lewisham Hospital, who have been dealing with the influx of coronavirus cases which have been arriving.
