thesun.co.ukDOCTOR Alex George says he is still trying to "process" the tragic death of his 20-year-old brother Llŷr after being flooded with support from his Love Island co-stars.
The reality star, 30, yesterday revealed his sibling lost his battle with mental health - just weeks before he was due to start medical school.
This morning he told fans: "Thank you for all the messages of kindness here and to my phone. "I am incredibly grateful of the support and it means so much. "I am sorry that I can't reply yet.
I need to try and process what has happened somehow." Sharing a snap of himself with his arm around Llŷr - who was ten years younger - Dr Alex paid tribute to the "kindest" little brother.
