His message came days after Alex revealed that he was going through 'the hardest times [he] could ever have imagined'. "So many of you are checking in on me so I want to say thank you and let you know I am still going," Alex told his 1.4 million Instagram followers on Thursday. "In time I will be OK." Alex's message came a week after the medic confirmed that his brother Llŷr had died.
