LOVE Island's Dr Alex George has shared a heartbreaking photo with his late brother Llŷr and said he'll "always be with me".
Dr Alex, 30, posted a moving tribute to his younger sibling after Llŷr's tragic death last month. The A&E doctor – who shot to fame on 'Love Island' – took to Instagram to tell people he had said goodbye to his brother and laid the 20-year-old to rest after Llŷr lost his battle with mental health.
He said: "Yesterday I said goodbye to my little brother Llŷr. It was the hardest day of my life. Except it wasn’t goodbye. "Llŷr, your dream was to become a doctor, you will live that dream.
Every patient I see, we will do it together, you and I ❤️ "Your favorite passion is cars, every time I am out driving, I know you will.
