The A&E doctor, who appeared on Love Island in 2018, tragically lost his brother Llŷr, who was 10 years his junior, last month.
Llŷr died suddenly, with Alex announcing he had lost him to mental health. Writing in her OK! mag column, junior doctor Emily took a moment to pen some words of support to Alex - who hinted that he laid his brother to rest yesterday.
Emily admitted she "can't even imagine what he is going through" as she wrote a few words to Alex during this time. The mum-of-two penned: "I can't even imagine what he is going through and I'm sending him and his family so much love. "It
