Llŷr died suddenly, with Alex announcing he had lost him to mental health. And now Love Island star Alex has shared that he is back working on the NHS frontline at University Hospital in Lewisham.
Alex updated his fans on his return to the medical unit in London by sharing a selfie of himself onto his Instagram page on Thursday.
