A devastated Alex admitted he was still in shock over losing his 'beautiful' teenage brother Llŷr, who was weeks away from taking up a place at medical school.
The doctor, 30, was inundated with messages from followers and his celebrity friends with This Morning host Ruth reaching out to him.
Sadly, Ruth has experience of Alex's trauma after her beloved sister Julia took her own life in June last year at the age of 62.
