The Love Island star, who has been risking his life on the NHS frontline during the outbreak, has been self-isolating away from his partner, after moving closer to University Hospital Lewisham to protect Amelia and her family from the illness.
New government guidelines introduced earlier this month allow two people from different households to meet up together, as long as they are two metres apart from each other.
And it seems Alex and Amelia have decided to take advantage of these new rules, as they met up for a catch up during the warm weather.
