Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.

The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

Donald Trump Rushed Off Stage After Shots Heard at Pennsylvania Rally

Michaela Zee Donald Trump was escorted off stage at a rally in Butler, Pa., on Saturday after loud noises that sounded like gunshots rang through the crowd.

Secret Service agents covered Trump, who appeared to have blood on his face, as they headed to his motorcade. The former President has left the venue; his condition has not been disclosed.

Anthony Guglielmi, chief of communications for the U.S. Secret Service, posted a statement on X/Twitter: “An incident occurred the evening of July 13 at a Trump rally in Pennsylvania.

The Secret Service has implemented protective measures and the former President is safe. This is now an active Secret Service investigation and further information will be released when available.” “President Trump thanks law enforcement and first responders for their quick action during this heinous act,” Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung said in a statement. “He is fine and is being checked out at a local medical facility.
