F*** this job."She then showed the screen with a long list of orders waiting to be made and delivered.Mikayla explained on TikTok why she decided to close the shop mid-dinner rush on Saturday (March 19)."It was just Cody and I inside and one delivery driver," Mikayla said."Our delivery zone spans across six towns.
So unless orders come in perfectly where we can do nice doubles and triples that are quick, the driver can be on the road for up to an hour per run."With that being said, we had about 15 deliveries on the board, maybe a little more, and then like five or six on the heat rack waiting for him."It's unclear where the Domino's outlet in question is located, although it appears to be in the USA.
Some viewers called out on Domino's and asked them to "do better" as one said: "Your employees deserve better!""They should have turned off online orders and let you guys just take phone calls for deliveries and pick up," a second suggested while a third said he would have left if he was in their positions.Mikayla said she wasn't paid enough for the manager role and also alleged hygiene issues inside the kitchen."I'm seeing multiple mice a day," she claimed, "our management would call exterminators once every couple months but when they put the glue traps out and caught the mice, we have to deal with that and half of the time we don't even have gloves and equipment."Daily Star has contacted Domino's for comment..
