Dominic Raab has named the first 49 foreign nationals and groups to face sanctions for human rights abuses under the government's new regime.
Those included on the list include 25 Russian Nationals allegedly involved the deaths of the Russian lawyer Sergei Magnitsky.
And it includes 20 Saudi nationals allegedly involved in the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. They will face asset freezes and travel bans under the new regime.
Others included on the list were involved in systematic killings of the Rohingyas in Burma and the North Korean gulags. Addressing the Commons, the Foreign Secretary organised criminals will not be able to launder their blood money in the UK.
