Britain will tell the world of Russia's "reprehensible behaviour", Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab vowed today. The UK last week accused Kremlin-backed web hackers of trying to steal vital information from research laboratories trying to develop a coronavirus vaccine, including in the UK.
Targets are thought to include centres at Oxford University and Imperial College London.
