The body of a man has been found in 'structurally unsafe' area in London. The man, who is believed to have been in his 60's, was discovered in Southampton Way, Southwark.
Met Police were called to the scene at 3.34pm on Friday, April 17 after reports of a man being found unresponsive. The London Fire Brigade also assisted as the body was found in an area described as ‘structurally unsafe’.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. Officers have given no other details other than saying he is believed to have been in his 60s, and confirming they are still tracing his next of kin.
The death is being treated as unexplained, but at this stage is not thought to be suspicious. This is a breaking news story and is constantly being updated.
