Davina McCall got cold feet with a savage response to the unveiling of the Princess Diana statue and deleted it amid a backlash to her comment.
The 53-year-old TV presenter was replying to a tweet from Piers Morgan about the statue, which celebrated what would have been Diana's 60th birthday.
Princes William and Harry unveiled the new tribute in the gardens of Kensington Palace but it would seem that Davina joined Piers in having a dig at the commemoration of Diana.
The Princess was tragically killed in a Paris car crash in August 1997, aged 36, and her sons were joined by her brother Earl Spencer and her sisters Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Lady Jane Fellowes for the unveiling of the tribute.
