David Robert Joseph Beckham OBE (born 2 May 1975) is an English former professional footballer, the current president of Inter Miami CF and co-owner of Salford City. He played for Manchester United, Preston North End, Real Madrid, Milan, LA Galaxy, Paris Saint-Germain and the England national team, for which he held the appearance record for an outfield player until 2016. He is the first English player to win league titles in four countries: England, Spain, the United States and France. He retired in May 2013 after a 20-year career, during which he won 19 major trophies.

Jose Mourinho welcomed David Beckham to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for a guided tour - and revealed why he felt the former Man Utd midfielder was fortunate in retirement.

Prior to the coronavirus lockdown, the 45-year-old paid a visit to what would have been his local club as a kid having grown up in Chingford, north London.

Beckham and Mourinho were brought together by AIA, who sponsor the Premier League outfit and for whom the former Real Madrid playmaker is a brand ambassador.

The ex- England skipper's visit to Tottenham has been charted in a series of videos released by AIA, with the second episode focussing on the facilities Spurs have at their state of the art home.
