Manchester United winger Daniel James is understood to have held talks with the club amid rumours of a loan switch to Leeds.James started United’s opening defeat to Crystal Palace, but the Wales international has slipped down the pecking order somewhat at Old Trafford in recent months.According to Sky Sports, Leeds are keen to offer him regular first team football in the Premier League with a loan deal.The Whites came extremely close to signing the 22-year-old back in January 2019, but a move fell through at the final hurdle.And now, James wants to stay and fight for his place in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team, he is believed to have told the club.Mason Greenwood was preferred on the right-wing against Brighton on Saturday, and Solskjaer is.
