A dad-of-two was left stunned after a generous stranger handed over £70 in a busy city centre before disappearing off into the night.
Karl Egington says his faith in humanity was restored after the stranger approached him outside Primark in Liverpool. The 50-year-old had been stood in a group which was sheltering from the rain under the shop's cover on Church Street, when the stranger shoved £70 into their hands.
