A daughter says she worries for her father who is living in a "hellhole" council home that she claims is "crumbling". Eleanor Rose's father Dean Wilby says he has been waiting for support from Leeds City Council for over nine months after moving into the Delph Mount estate in Woodhouse.
Dean and his family say they were greeted by graffiti all over the walls, black mould and damp ceilings upon moving in. Eleanor now says she worries for her father's mental and physical health.
Eleanor told LeedsLive : "My dad is heavily disabled and had several mental health issues so I have been trying to get him support with his housing for over two years. "For nine months, he has had to live in these conditions.
