No cause of death has been disclosed.“We respectfully request some privacy so that our family can grieve.

Coronation Street resident Peter Barlow is about to reach a dark place.The character, currently portrayed by Chris Gascoyne, has found himself in hot water after being charged with assault following his attack on the consultant who organised his liver transplant, Dr Thorne.On the devastating chain of events, Gascoyne told Metro: "It's started him on that path again, it's confirming this self loathing for himself that he has laying underneath."It's not an easy thing to live with, he is troubled and when he gets troubled like that and stops communicating with people again that's when I don't know where he’s going to go."What I do know is that the place he's in at the moment is not a very good one."So, who else has played Peter Barlow?
