Now the appeal has reached a major milestone thanks to your incredible kindness. Every single penny of the £20,581 raised so far makes a huge difference to those most in need during these unprecedented times.
That includes elderly people with no support network, to people with health conditions, those fleeing domestic violence, rough sleepers, people struggling with caring for others, workers who have lost their jobs and families pushed onto the breadline.
