The World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared the coronavirus outbreak a pandemic, and countries around the world are attempting to limit the spread of COVID-19.
The new illness is a strain of the coronavirus family, which can affect your lungs and airways. It has affected thousands of people across the globe, with cases in 144 countries.
The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) has issued travel advise amidst the coronavirus pandemic. On the government website, it says: “In response to coronavirus measures we are advising against all and all but essential travel to some countries, cities and regions. “You must check the travel advice to the country you are travelling to.” Now the FCO has issued travel warnings for many countries.
