Police have been called to a hospital after a woman allegedly punched a nurse and spat at two security guards. Louise Adams, 58, has been charged with three assaults on emergency service workers at Royal Bolton Hospital in Farnworth, Greater Manchester.
She has been remanded in custody until the next available court date. According to witnesses at the hospital, the woman punched the nurse in the stomach, Manchester Evening News reports.
Police confirmed on social media that they were called to the incident at the hospital yesterday.
