Christine McGuinness shared the heartbreaking update that she won't be able to see her mum for six months while she's battling breast cancer.

The 32-year-old admitted that her world had fallen apart when she discovered her mum’s devastating diagnosis earlier this month.

Now, Christine, who is married to comedian and presenter Paddy McGuiness, revealed that their three children are finding it difficult to adjust to the fact that they won’t be allowed to see their grandmother for six months as she begins shielding amid the ongoing pandemic.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, the blonde beauty shared that her youngsters Leo and Penelope, seven, and Felicity, four, are finding the separation tough, and that they are longing to cuddle their nanny.
