Chloe Ferry has put her Newcastle home on the market after those fake engagement rumours. The Geordie Shore star, 25, purchased the three-bedroom house back in February 2020.
In September, she had had revealed plans to rent out the property as she planned to move to London, but now it seems she's making a more permanent change.
On Saturday, Chloe took to her Instagram Stories to confirm that the house she purchased following her split from Geordie Shore co-star Sam Gowland is now up for sale.
Sharing a look at the house's shiny interiors, Chloe captioned the video: "Goes on the market today [house emoji]". Chloe proceeds to walk around the home in the clip, showing off the modern marble-styled en-suite bathroom with lighted-mirror
