Timo Werner and Kai Havertz continue to struggle at Stamford Bridge.The Blues spent £200m in the summer though boss Frank Lampard is now under huge pressure following five defeats in their last eight Premier League matches.The latest was a 2-0 loss at the hands of Leicester, with the Chelsea new boys again finding life difficult.And Redknapp, who is Lampard’s cousin, has hit out at the Stamford Bridge transfer tactics.He said on Sky Sports: "You bring in lots of new players, it’s like you’re a kid in a candy shop, you’ve got all the players but who do you pick and where do you play them?"Players that come in from another country, you’re hoping they’re going to hit the ground running."[Kai] Havertz and [Timo] Werner just haven’t.
