Thomas Tuchel saw the true size of the task he faces on Wednesday evening when Chelsea took on Wolves at Stamford Bridge. The German replaced Frank Lampard, who was axed on Monday, as Blues boss and took over his first game only a day after his appointment.
A goalless draw, with plenty of possession, left much to be desired from a fan's point of view and it seems he has plenty of work ahead of him.
That work also includes decisions to be made in future transfer windows. With just a few days left of the January one it seems unlikely Tuchel will make any moves and instead concentrate with the squad he has been handed.
