Chelsea have reportedly made Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak their top summer target and want to send Kepa Arrizabalaga the other way in a player-plus-cash deal.Blues boss Frank Lampard is not a fan of Kepa and would like to replace him despite the club paying a club record £71million fee for him.The 25-year-old has been dropped by the manager on several occasions this season after several costly errors with Willy Caballero coming in to deputise.Atletico keeper Oblak has a £120m buy-out clause in the contract he signed last year with the deal due to expire in 2023.

But according to The Mirror , Kepa could be used in a player-plus-cash deal to try and offset the huge fee which would be a world record for a goalkeeper.
