Loose Women. The show runs a segment called “Life Before Loose” for panellists where they take a look back at their childhood and early careers and this time it was Charlene’s turn.
Before being a news anchor and Loose Women regular, the 41-year-old went to Italia Conti drama school in London, where she won a full scholarship.
Charlene, who grew up in a large Caribbean family in Lewisham, south east London, said she would have loved to have become an actress but joked her family were not so keen.For a surprise, the show had tracked down one of her old drama teachers from Conti, Angela Michaels.
