Chantelle Houghton has thanked the NHS after a "scary day" as she shares a photo of herself hooked up to monitors. The star, 38, who rose to fame in 2006 after winning Celebrity Big Brother, posted a photo to Instagram where she is seen wearing a facemask with heart rate monitors attached to her chest.
Chantelle wrote: "Grateful to the NHS, thank you for looking after me when I needed you…scary day but the NHS were amazing, so much love and so grateful".
Chantelle didn't share the reason she was in the hospital receiving treatment, however, she was recently diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) - a condition where your heart suddenly beats much faster than normal.
