Channel 5 has issued an apology for "any upset caused" by their documentary Celebrities: What's Happened to Your Face? about Charlotte Crosby.

An episode of the programme, which aired on Thursday 22 April, focused on the changing appearance of the former Geordie Shore star and her history with plastic surgery.The 31 year old TV personality hit out at the show, branding it "immoral and insensitive" in a lengthy Instagram statement and said it had caused a dip in her mental health while her self esteem plummeted, too.

Now, the network has publicly apologised and removed the episode from their streaming platform My5 to prevent any further upset.
