Channel 4 has found itself in the firing line today after the broadcasting giant decided to continue with their current schedule plan in the wake of Prince Philip's death.The Royal Family announced that the Duke of Edinburgh had died peacefully today at the age of 99.After the news had broke ITV and the BBC were quite to trim back their usual programme in a bid to honour Prince Philip's life and contribution to the Great British public.This saw usual favourites such as This Morning being cut short, with BBC also putting a halt on all non-news programmes.However, Channel 4 decided to go ahead as planned, continuing to air the likes of Come Dine With Me and Countdown as normal.Twitter fans were absolutely furious that the network hadn't.
