Celtic hero Jackie McNamara has released his first statement since collapsing at his home last month. The 46-year-old former Scotland international was raced to Hull Royal Infirmary after he suffered a bleed on the brain at his home in York.McNamara was said to be in a ‘critical but stable condition’ at the time.
It was revealed that he had been discharged from the facility on Friday, spending more than three weeks in the care of hospital staff.
