Cardi B has earned an apology from a news anchor who wrongfully accused her of ‘promoting violence’ at the George Floyd protests. The Bodak Yellow rapper spoke passionately about the protests in her latest Instagram video, explaining that while she is concerned for people’s safety, she somewhat supports the rioting to fully express the black community’s anger and pain about the racism they have suffered.
However, there have been instances of looting and rioting in some major cities as anger mounts over justice for George, who died shortly after an officer knelt on his neck for eight minutes.
